Q: What is the DROPZERO Art Challenge?

This is a stock-based challenge. You must create an artwork using the assets from the PM Starter Kit (Free Stock Bundle). The aim is to see who can create the most interesting, imaginative, and technically proficient artwork using the limited resources of the stock bundle.

You can use stock assets not included with this stock bundle (even figure stocks), but please ensure that 80%+ of the final composite uses assets from the PM Starter kit.

Q: How do I take part in this Art Challenge?

Download the Free Stock Bundle by entering your email into the form above, we’ll send you 200+ free stocks. Use those stocks to create an artwork, which can be any theme and in any size or orientation.

Email your finished artwork to: contest@photomanipulation.com. Put your name / handle into the file name of the submission so we can credit you properly!

Some contest entrants included the logo when posting to social media. If you'd like to do that too, you can download the DROPZERO PNG logo HERE.

Q: Can I submit more than one entry?

For this Art Challenge, it's strictly ONE ENTRY per person. Submit your very best effort for this one!

Q: What is the Challenge end date?

The challenge ends Sunday 30th April, 11PM GMT (London Time). Please email your entry before that date.

This Art Challenge is open to EVERYONE!

Q: What’s the Theme / what type of artwork do I need to do?

DROPZERO is a stock-based challenge, so you can create an artwork based on any theme or topic.

Q: Do we need to post our entry on Social Media, in Groups too?

We encourage all entrants to post their submissions on Social Media or in Groups, as it helps spread the word! If you could tag our Facebook Group or Instagram Page (@photomanipulation.official), that helps out loads and gets more people involved.

Q: Are there any prizes for the winners?

This challenge has TWO prize tiers! The first prize tier is ‘BEST TECHNIQUE’, which is awarded to the artwork with the best technical execution. The 'MOST IMAGINATIVE' prize tier is our way of giving NEWBIES a chance to win!! This prize is for the most clever / ingenious use of the stocks, and not necessarily the technical execution. Create something truly remarkable or innovative, and you're in with a genuine chance regardless of skillset.
