This license allows you to use our stocks and overlays for Personal or Commercial use (Royalty Free). STANDARD LICENSE covers most uses, including Personal Projects, Book Cover Illustration, Illustrative Design, Video Projects, and Editorial.
STANDARD LICENSE | Print & Web | Unlimited Digital Impressions, up to 250,000 Prints
• Advertising, blog posts, inclusion in websites, editorial, design elements, book covers, etc.
• Up to 250,000 copies in print.
• UNLIMITED electronic impressions (web, ebook, etc.)
• Worldwide, all media. Unlimited, meaning you can use the content in an unlimited number of projects.
• Book Cover illustration, for all literary genres, including Romance (excluding Hardcore Erotica, and under the condition that the content does not breach the 'PROHIBITED USE' terms listed below.)
• Premade Book Cover Art: SINGLE SALE only / spec-work project (Multiple Sale / Templates prohibited.)
• NeoStock content is non-exclusive, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. NeoStock can license the same content to other customers.
CREATING PRODUCTS WITH OUR ASSETS
If you wish to use our assets to create 'sellable products' (Including NFTs, Templates, Fine Art Prints, Apparel, Merch, Tshirts, Calendars etc.) you will need an EXTENDED LICENSE.

USING OUR ASSETS FOR MASS MARKET PROJECTS
For bigger projects (global book publishing / wide-release video game projects etc.), you will need a MASS MARKET LICENSE.
MASS MARKET LICENSE | Print, Web & Products for Titles exceeding 250,000 Prints
The MASS MARKET LICENSE is for projects that reach audiences larger than 250,000 in print or distribution: suitable for major publishers, video game projects, film production, or design agencies. The Mass Market License also allows product creation, as per the Extended License.

• Advertising, blog posts, inclusion in websites, editorial, design elements, book covers, film posters etc.
• UNLIMITED copies in print.
• UNLIMITED electronic impressions (web, ebook, etc.)
• Worldwide, all media. Unlimited, meaning you can use the content in an unlimited number of projects.
• Book Cover illustration, for all literary genres, including Romance (excluding Hardcore Erotica, and under the condition that the content does not breach the 'PROHIBITED USE' terms listed below.)

PROHIBITED USE OF ASSETS
The following useage of our assets is not permitted:
• Use the content for pornographic, illegal or immoral purposes; Show a person depicted in the content in sensitive scenarios that could reasonably be considered offensive or unflattering to that person.
• Make the content available for free download on a shared drive, service, software or website for the purpose of exchanging, transferring or distributing; Transfer, resell, sub-license, rent, donate or otherwise transfer the File or rights to it to third parties.
• No Electronic Templates. Unless you purchase an EXTENDED or MASS MARKET license, you may not use content in electronic or digital templates intended for resale or other distribution (for example, website templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, brochure design templates.)
• No Products for Resale. Unless you purchase an EXTENDED or MASS MARKET license, you may not use content in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution where the PRIMARY VALUE LIES IN THE CONTENT ITSELF including, without limitation: NFTs, Fine-art prints, cards, stationery items, paper products, calendars, apparel items, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other media), DVDs, mobile applications or other items for resale, license or other distribution for profit. This includes "on demand" products (meaning products in which content is selected by a third party for customisation on such product on a made-to-order basis), including, without limitation, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items (this includes the sale of products through custom designed websites, as well as sites such as RedBubble, Etsy etc.)

NEOSTOCK LICENSING FAQs
1. How do I know if the title I am designing for will exceed 250,000 print copies?
In most cases, our STANDARD LICENSE will be the right choice for your book cover / cover illustration project. The MASS MARKET LICENSE is for major publishers, or design agencies – who are working on projects that will be reaching very wide audiences (exceeding 250,000 print copies).
2. What license shall I use, if I want to create SWAG, bookmarks, postcards etc?
If the products you're creating are FREE giveaways, like supplementary promotional items for book releases (for instance), our STANDARD LICENSE will be fine. If however, you are creating items (such as calendars, fine-art prints, templates etc.) TO SELL – then you will have to purchase the EXTENDED LICENSE.
3. What license do I need, if I want to create Book Trailers?
You can create book trailers with our STANDARD LICENSE, as it is a supplementary promotion tool, and not a product to be re-sold.
4. Can I upgrade my License (if I choose to sell products / reach a mass market audience) later down the line?
Most certainly!! Drop us a line via our CONTACT PAGE, and we'll arrange an invoice for the upgrade fee.
5. Do you have MODEL RELEASE FORMS?
We hold model-release forms, for all photo stock sets within our library.
6. Can I use my image(s) for multiple projects?
Absolutely!! If you need to use your image(s) in more than one project, go right ahead - there's no need to buy an additional license.
